Our skis are made from a careful selection of high-tech materials that ensure optimum performance and durability. Here is an insight into the materials we use.

Building

These glass fiber layers are arranged in several directions and pre-impregnated with a special resin. They ensure perfect coordination of the composite properties and an even distribution of forces in the ski. This leads to greater torsional rigidity and improves the stability and responsiveness of the ski.

These pads are made of high-quality sintered polyethylene with a high density, which ensures high wax absorption and low friction. These bases offer excellent gliding properties and are wear-resistant.

Ultra High Sintered Base

Our steel edges are made of hardened steel, which provides a smooth flex and low frictional resistance.

Ski Edge

Our phenolic or ABS sidewall material is characterized by its high pressure resistance and resilience. These sidewalls are integrated into various constructions and offer numerous advantages. One of the most important advantages is the stabilization of the skier's power transmission to the ski edges in turns.

The use of carbon fibers in the ski construction ensures rigidity and low weight. Carbon fibers offer an excellent strength-to-weight ratio and give the ski dynamic resilience. This leads to improved performance at high speeds and in demanding terrain.

Titanal is an aluminum alloy used in aerospace technology and is known for its high strength and stability. In our skis, Titanal ensures optimum smoothness and excellent damping properties. It reduces vibrations and improves the control and precision of the ski, especially at high speeds and on hard slopes.

We use different woods, such as beech, paulownia and poplar, which are carefully matched to make the core robust and dynamic. The wood core provides an excellent balance between flexibility and stability, resulting in improved feel and precise control. With our special milling technique, we can further strengthen the adhesive properties between the wood and the other components, making our product even more durable.

We use different surface types that are specially tailored to the requirements of the respective areas of application. In the touring sector, we attach particular importance to ensuring that the surfaces are light and stable.
